The ideal participant will:
have an interest in energy efficiency
be at least 18 years old
make sure their schedule allows them to attend without conflict
have reliable transportation
have great attendance and a strong desire to learn

Participate in a 30-Minute Phone Screen - After we review your application, we'll reach out to schedule a brief phone call. This is your chance to shine and for us to learn more about your goals.
Attend an In-Person Interview - If you're a great fit, we'll invite you for an in-person interview. This is the final step before we let you know if you're accepted into the program.
Receive Your Training Details - If you're accepted, you'll get a reminder email wtih everything you need to know to prepare for your first day of training.
